slow service impersonal service
i found a couple of things a little disappointing. the service at the executive club breakfast was very slow (it took almost an hour for our orders to arrive). eventually, i had to leave without eating anything. also, the person who showed me to my room didn't explain anything about the hotel or the room's amenities. they left.
